Background: Cannabis has been associated with psychopathology since ancient times, but controversies continue despite important advances in the field. This article is fourth one our decadal series of review articles that have providing an update snapshot meandering journey research findings this area. Aims: narrative a comprehensive literature search over past 10 years aims to provide and current understanding, while raising unanswered questions for future, focusing on following areas: (a) nosological changes cannabis-related psychiatric syndromes; (b) newer category synthetic cannabinoids; (c) cannabis withdrawal syndrome); (d) psychosis; (e) mood disorders; (f) suicidality; (g) prenatal use offspring; (h) effect recent liberal policy overhaul control certain countries/areas adverse outcomes; (i) cognition; (j) cannabis, psychopathology, genetics. Zusammenfassung Trends des Cannabiskonsums in der Adoleszenz sollen von 2016 bis 2023 abgebildet werden. Basierend auf sieben Wellen Präventionsradars, einer schulbasierten epidemiologischen Studie Sekundarstufe I, wurden die Lebenszeit- und Monatsprävalenzen 12-bis 17-Jährigen für den Zeitraum ermittelt. Der Auswertung lagen 54.242 Fragebögen mit Angaben zum Konsum Cannabis zugrunde. Das Geschlechterverhältnis war ausgeglichen (50% weiblich). durchschnittliche Alter betrug 13,9 Jahre (SD=1,3). Von Ausbruch COVID-19-Pandemie stieg Lebenszeitprävalenz statistisch bedeutsam an, im ersten Jahr Pandemie sank sie signifikant. Post-pandemisch hatten 12,3% (95 % KI: 11,6-13,1) Heranwachsenden mindestens einmal ihrem Leben konsumiert. Dieser Wert liegt dem Niveau 2016. Die Monatsprävalenz lag 2022/2023 bei 3,8% (95% 3,4-4,3). Sowohl als auch Jungen liegen signifikant über Werten Mädchen. Bipolar Disorder (BD) is a highly comorbid condition, and rates of cooccurring disorders are even higher in youth. Comorbid strongly affect clinical presentation, natural course, prognosis, treatment.This review focuses on the treatment implications comorbidity between BD Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, disruptive behavior (Oppositional Defiant and/or Conduct Disorder), alcohol substance use disorders, Autism Spectrum anxiety Obsessive-Compulsive eating disorders.These associations define specific conditions which not simply sum different pictures, but occur as distinct complex combinations with developmental pathways over time selective therapeutic requirements. Pharmacological treatments can improve these pictures by addressing conditions, though same may also worsen inducing manic or depressive switches.The timely identification comorbidities have relevant terms symptomatology, outcome.
