Abstract Researchers have significantly explored language learners' attitudes toward ChatGPT through the lens of technology acceptance models, particularly with its development and integration into computer-assisted learning (CALL). However, further research in this area is necessary to apply a theoretical framework pedagogical-oriented perspective. Therefore, study, researchers utilized students' approaches environment (SAL) extended it by incorporating multilevel perspective that encompasses contextual, individual, ChatGPT-related factors. Accordingly, integrated their syllabus guided learners three universities Ardabil City use during academic year 2023–2024. In end, 214 participants answered study questionnaire. The result partial least squares modeling (PLS-SEM), Importance performance map analysis (IPMA) showed leadership, where university executive provides atmosphere for norms integration, could shape learners’ organizing approach using daily schedule. Additionally, personalization anthropomorphism were among significant factors shaped deep as source meaningful, cross-referenced CALL tool. low feedback reliability, privacy concerns, ChatGPT's perceived value contributed surface minimizing ChaGPT-related factor. On basis these findings, introduces new conceptual artificial intelligence (AILL) suggests leadership should be promoted at macro-contextual level might cover other micro-contextual, personal, factors, including price-value, personalization, motivation, which are important elements CHAGPTALL.

An analysis of the effects AI-powered tools on enhancement was conducted early 2024. The recruited 455 students (192 males 263 females) from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Poland who were studying diverse majors educational faculties. Using a 5-point Likert scale, validated instrument included three dimensions with total 10 items: AI, enhancing learning, overall perception education. Significant differences found by nationality major, Polish education technology showing highest levels. As result experiences, autonomy, critical thinking skills, positively influence motivation. Motivation, however, not significantly influenced level. Despite ethical concerns, held moderately positive view artificial intelligence Further research optimal implementation considerations is necessary based these findings.

Abstract As generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools such as ChatGPT become more capable and accessible, their use in educational settings is likely to grow. However, the academic community lacks a comprehensive understanding of perceptions attitudes students instructors toward these new tools. In Fall 2023 semester, we surveyed 982 76 faculty at large public university United States, focusing on topics perceived ease use, ethical concerns, impact GenAI learning, differences responses by role, gender, discipline. We found that did not differ significantly higher education, except regarding hedonic motivation, habit, interest exploring technologies. Students also used for coursework or teaching similar rates, although regular was still low across both groups. Among students, significant between males STEM majors females non-STEM majors. These findings underscore importance considering demographic disciplinary diversity when developing policies practices integrating contexts, may influence learning outcomes differently various groups students. This study contributes broader how can be leveraged education while highlighting potential areas inequality need addressed widely used.
