Phoenix dactylifera seeds possess numerous health benefits, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activities, due to presence of unique phytochemical components. In present study, the nutritional composition, screening, anti-oxidant, activity date palm seed were investigated. Results investigation revealed that extract contains moisture content (4.34%), ash (1.2%), protein (4.4%), crude fiber (15.87/100 g) on a dry basis. This study explored valorization potential by indicating beneficial phytochemicals alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins, except steroids cardiac glycosides. The total phenolic was found be 448 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE) per 100 g powder, while antioxidant (%) determined 87.04 ± 1.98. FTIR spectral studies different functional groups OH, C–H, C=O, CH2 within range 3800–800 cm−1. Furthermore, concentration in noted 13.293 μg/mL using HPLC analysis. A strong antibacterial effect observed against Pseudomonas aeruginosa Bacillus cereus, resulting inhibition zone diameters 18 mm 17 mm, respectively. However, less effective Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus, both with an diameter 16 mm. research findings suggest offer diverse medical applications may serve source for various bioactive
