Incorporating green issues into business operations is indisputable, as this mandatory in today's environmental era. The purpose of study was to explore the structural link between practices such manufacturing, marketing orientation, human resource management, investment, and economic performance textile leather firms Ethiopia through innovation. This carried out utilizing a quantitative method, 201 surveys were used gather data from top managers general medium large using stratified random sampling. To test hypothesis, partial least squares equation modeling (PLS-SEM) used. results demonstrate that practices, specifically manufacturing (GMP), orientation (GMO), investment (GIV), have positive substantial contribution firms' (EP) innovation (GIN). However, advancement GIN not significantly affected by adoption sustainable resources management (HRM). Moreover, facilitates connection success, GIV, GMO. Nonetheless, when it comes relationship GHRM, plays no mediating function. According research, company's ought strengthen its lower expenses would boost outcome.

Purpose Drawing on the natural resource-based view (NRBV) theory, study aimed to examine mediating role of green innovation (GI) in nexus between human resource management practices (Green HRMPs) and sustainable business performance (SBP). Design/methodology/approach This adopted descriptive time-lagged research design. Data were collected from 278 managerial staff five mining companies Ghana at different waves within a 3-month interval. Descriptive inferential statistics used analyse data received using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) (V. 26.0) Smart PLS (V.4.0). Findings The found that Green HRMPs significantly related more economic (EP) than (SP) but did not relate environmental (EnP). Moreover, results revealed GI partially mediated both SP EP fully link EnP. Originality/value relevance ensuring corporate sustainability has been largely established extant literature.
