La presente investigación tuvo como Objetivo: determinar la efectividad de técnica Jacobson en disminución del estrés, ansiedad y depresión pacientes con COVID-19, Lima- 2021. Metodología: se apoya base enfoque cuantitativo, cuenta un nivel explicativo, cuyo diseño es pre-experimental solo grupo pre-test pos-test corte longitudinal, dirigido a poblacional conformado por 48 individuos una muestral final 42. Como fue utilizada observación instrumento el DASS 21. Resultados: Se aceptó hipótesis valor significativo P= 0,005; pre-test, 54,8% presentó estrés moderado, 33.3 % extremadamente severa, moderada; halló que 100% leve, 59,5 moderada 90,5% leve. Conclusión: permitió disminuir significativamente sintomatología Lima-2021.

The literature has widely acknowledged the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on mental health young adults. Despite extensive research, eudaimonic well-being, which focuses self-knowledge and self-realization, been scarcely investigated. The aging trend of China's population is severe and successful (SA) imminent. Aging can lead to various chronic diseases, with hypertension being the most common. Studies have exhibited that middle-aged adults approaching transition an older state show more pronounced DA than senior. It has been suggested psychological resilience (PR) reduce DA. Therefore, study aimed analyze mediating effect SA between PR in hypertension.A cross-sectional survey was designed. From August December 2021, 298 were selected by multistage cluster random sampling three districts (Ling he District, Gu ta Tai He District) Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. They surveyed using demographic questionnaires, Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale, Successful Inventory, Chinese version a Likert-type Templer-Death Anxiety Scale. Descriptive analyses, independent sample T-test, one-way analysis variance (ANOVA) used describe characteristics among hypertensive different characteristics, respectively.
