Abstract Women-owned enterprises are rapidly expanding across Africa and have significantly contributed to job growth wealth development. These enterprises, however, find it challenging pursue innovation, because of their size financial base. can access various resources, talents, techniques through effective strategic alliances. Being in alliance with other market participants allows these overcome the hurdles limiting performance innovativeness. This research analyses impact alliances on innovation women-owned Nigeria. The study adopts a quantitative survey approach. It selected 109 from five manufacturing subsectors area, using purposive random sample technique. Regression analysis is used analyze data, while tables utilized show results. results reveal that different characteristics had effects enterprises. finding process showed increased new opportunities cost reduction led 0.76 0.62 increases respectively. The transition to an innovative economy requires greater attention creating favorable conditions for the commercialization of scientists’ developments and possibility realizing accumulated scientific potential. This study aimed examine process in Republic Kazakhstan identify factors influencing development academic entrepreneurship universities. Assessment in mathematics education the 21st century should be more directed at higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). Introducción: considerando la gran relevancia de creatividad para el perfil del profesional siglo xxi, es suma importancia aproximarse al estudio las prácticas enseñanza los docentes universitarios y analizar lugar que ocupa fomento capacidad creativa en estas. Método: este cuantitativo, descriptivo, método no experimental, contó con participación 298 Colombia, Cuba, México Ecuador. Se empleó un cuestionario enseñanza, diseñado ad hoc, orientado a valorar uso estrategias mediación cognitiva emocional-motivacional, flexibilidad metodológica evaluación. El análisis factorial confirmatorio arrojó 4 factores cuya varianza explicada fue 74 % α = ,86, lo indica una adecuada consistencia interna escala. Resultados: resultados indican necesidad mejora aspectos metodológicos relacionados desde muestra, sobre todo empleo emocional-motivacional. La experiencia docente emergió como variable asociada mayor favorabilidad hacia evaluativa niveles maestría doctorado. género femenino se asoció atención emocionales motivacionales creatividad. evidenciaron diferencias entre países, sugiriendo mejoras instituciones educación superior colombianas.
