Abstract Multiple sclerosis (MS) and Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) are immune-related CNS inflammatory diseases that often present with overlapping clinical symptoms, leading to frequent misdiagnosis, particularly in aquaporin-4 seronegative NMO patients. Identifying the underlying mechanisms of these is critical for discovering biomarkers enable timely diagnosis effective treatment. This study included 252 participants, divided into four groups. Group I (Relapsing–Remitting MS: RRMS group), II (Secondary Progressive SPMS III (NMO IV (Healthy controls). Blood samples were collected from all participants measure expression levels Neuregulin-1 (NRG1), lncRNA Ftx, miR-382-5p . The results showed NRG1 significantly lower RRMS, SPMS, groups compared healthy controls, most pronounced reduction observed NMO, suggesting may serve as a potential biomarker differentiating MS, especially cases where traditional diagnostic criteria inconclusive. Ftx , sponge exhibited an opposite trend was downregulated its promising biomarker. Our findings highlight NRG1, diagnostic, screening, prognostic biomarkers, well tools differential MS. Graphical

Objectives: Tissue factor pathway inhibitor 2 (TFPI2) is a serine protease that suppresses tumors by preventing extracellular matrix degradation and invasion. Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most common cancers in males, exhibiting a wide spectrum clinical manifestations that pose challenges its diagnosis and treatment. The Wnt signaling pathway, conserved complex crucial for embryonic development, tissue homeostasis, various physiological processes. Apart from classical Wnt/β-catenin there exist multiple non-classical pathways, including Wnt/PCP Wnt/Ca 2+ pathways. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) are involved occurrence development PCa response to ncRNAs known execute diverse regulatory roles cellular processes, despite their inability encode proteins. Human papillomavirus (HPV)-positive Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinomas (HNSCC) comprise a particular cancer entity traditionally associated with better clinical outcomes. Around 25% of HNSCC are HPV positive, HPV16 being the most prevalent type. Nevertheless, close to 30% HPV-positive patients have an unfavorable prognosis, revealing that this type tumor exhibits great heterogeneity leading different behaviors. Efforts been made identify RNA molecules prognostic value outcome HNSCC, aim identifying at high risk metastasis, disease recurrence, poor survival, who would require closer follow-up timely intervention. Moreover, molecular identification those good prognosis will allow implementation de-escalating therapeutic strategies, aiming reduce side effects, resulting in quality life. This review compiles series recent studies addressing methodological conceptual approaches aimed searching for potential gene expression-based biomarkers HNSCC.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) remains a significant global health burden with high incidence and mortality. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-protein coding transcripts, conserved throughout evolution, an important role in CRC tumorigenesis, either upregulated or downregulated various cancers. RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) known as essential regulators of miRNA activity. Human antigen R (HuR) is prominent RBP to drive tumorigenesis pivotal CRC. In this review, we discuss the regulatory HuR/miRNA axis Interestingly, miRNAs can directly target HuR, altering its expression However, HuR also stabilize degrade miRNAs, forming complex feedback loops that activate block CRC-associated signaling pathways. Dysregulation contributes initiation progression. Additionally, HuR-miRNA regulation by other non-coding RNAs, circular RNA (circRNAs), long-non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) explored here. Understanding interplay could reveal novel biomarkers better diagnostic prognostic accuracy.
