One of the popular subjects millennia is synthesis nanostructures, their applications in numerous fields, and interaction with various biological systems, making them appealing for drug delivery diagnostic therapeutic agents. In this study, silver oxide nanoparticles were synthesized using E. sativa (ES) aqueous extract. The biosynthesis was followed via UV-vis spectroscopy by analysis, FTIR, XRD, TEM, Zeta potential to further analyze nanoparticles. Furthermore, biosynthesized (Ag2ONPs) checked through activities. antioxidative assessed performing a DPPH radical scavenging assay, total reducing power antioxidant capacity assay. Antimicrobial observed against bacterial fungal strains. Likewise, Artemia salina (brine shrimps) used study cytotoxicity, while VERO HEK-293 cell lines applied check biocompatibility NPs. ABSTRACT Globally, breast cancer continues to be the leading type of affecting women, with rising mortality rates projected by 2030. This highlights importance developing new, affordable treatments, like drug delivery systems that use nanoparticles. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), including their exceptional optical and physical attributes, make them an attractive vehicle for targeted treatment, allowing accurate focused medication directly cancerous cells while reducing harmful side effect. study focuses on synthesis characterization brucine‐gold (BRU‐AuNPs) therapy evaluating antioxidant apoptotic mechanism. BRU‐AuNPs were synthesized characterized (UV–Vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared [FTIR], scanning electron microscopy [SEM], x‐ray diffraction [XRD], dynamic light scattering [DLS], zeta potential) confirm successful synthesis, size, stability. In vitro studies assessed using MCF‐7 cell lines evaluate cytotoxicity, balance, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, mitochondrial membrane potential, apoptosis induction, migration, pro‐apoptotic gene expression. Characterization results confirmed average crystal size 85.40 nm stable surface charge. Results demonstrated reduced viability in a dose‐dependent manner, IC 50 value 11.47 µg/mL. Treatment altered increased ROS depolarized membranes, induced apoptosis. Additionally, inhibited migration upregulated The exhibit potential as highly effective system treatment. Their ability deliver BRU tumor effects enhancing therapeutic efficacy underscores promise advancing therapy. Further are warranted explore clinical optimize outcomes.

Current study investigates the medicinal applications of Butea monosperma (Palash), state flower Jharkhand, India, focusing on synthesising biomodified copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) and its antifungal properties. Flavonoid content in extract was quantified by aluminium chloride colorimetric analysis. CuO-NPs were synthesised via co-precipitation method then modified with methanolic extract. Characterization confirmed properties these NPs including their high crystallinity, spherical structure nanoscale size (9-90 nm size). Anti-fungal activity revealed significant inhibition hyphal growth at concentrations 100-1000 ppm (76.6% for F. oxysporum 75.05% S. rolfsii). Statistical computational analysis effectiveness showing strong interactions between fungal proteins.
