Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a growing concern for the aging population worldwide. With no current cure or reliable treatments available AD, prevention an important and area of research. A range lifestyle dietary patterns have been studied to identify most effective preventive changes against AD related dementia (ADRD) pathology. Of these, are Mediterranean, DASH, MIND, ketogenic, modified Mediterranean-ketogenic diets. However, there discrepancies in reported benefits among studies examining these patterns.
