The COVID-19 pandemic poses a threat to global food security, and it changes consumers’ buying consumption behavior. This research not only investigates trends in Spanish general shopping habits during the lockdown, but also these from perspective of sustainable purchasing. Achieving universal access to safely managed sanitation services is one of the Sustainable Development Goal 6 targets (SDG6.2). The cost and availability ensure safe management on-site sanitation, such as pit latrines septic tanks, can be major barriers for poor households. Particularly, fecal sludge emptying have become increasingly important due growing urban population. This review aims scope literature on stated revealed willingness pay (WTP) systems identify determinants WTP gaps in knowledge. We performed electronic searches six databases. After deduplication, 1846 records were identified, which 14 included review. High-protein snacks appeal to consumers seeking increase the protein intake in their diet. The high environmental impact of conventional sources is urging need explore more sustainable alternatives such as edible insects. In this study, willingness pay for yogurt enriched with insect was estimated. Despite Bangladesh being the world's fifth-largest aquaculture producer, ensuring quality fish supply and food safety is a major challenge. Illegal practices presence of harmful microorganisms consistently compromise integrity items throughout value chain. To address this, study was conducted in aimed to estimate consumer willingness pay (WTP) for safer Tilapia, Pangasius, Rohu using an experimental auction method. Results revealed that consumers' average 29%, 10%, 21% more Rohu, respectively, compared less safe options despite unaware specific attributes or production practices. After getting information about used production, bacterial pathogens, antibiotic levels, heavy metal content, participants expressed their higher premium 52% 39% 34% fish. Over the last decades, consumer has evolved becoming increasingly responsible, showing a preference for those foods having positive impact on health, society and environment. In particular, consumers are an increasing interest in food innovation towards capable to produce health benefits, such as enriched foods, which can be considered functional foods. As acceptance is crucial success of innovation, this study aims investigate consumers' two innovative foods: extra virgin olive oil with longchain Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA DHA), lutein-enriched durum wheat pasta.
