Osteoporosis (OP) is characterized by reduced bone mass, decreased strength, and enhanced fragility fracture risk. Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) plays a role in cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, redox balance, amino acid uptake, glycolipid metabolism. ATF4 induces the differentiation of marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) into osteoblasts, increases osteoblast activity, inhibits osteoclast formation, promoting formation remodeling. In addition, mediates energy metabolism osteoblasts promotes angiogenesis. also involved mediation adipogenesis. can selectively accumulate osteoblasts. directly interact with RUNT-related 2 (RUNX2) up-regulate expression osteocalcin (OCN) osterix (Osx). Achieving precision treatment in bone tissue engineering (BTE) remains a challenge. Photothermal therapy (PTT), as form of therapy, has been extensively investigated for its safety and efficacy. It demonstrated significant potential the orthopedic diseases such tumors, postoperative infections osteoarthritis. However, high temperatures associated with PTT can lead to certain limitations drawbacks. In recent years, researchers have explored use biomaterials mild photothermal (MPT), which offers promising approach addressing these limitations. This review provides comprehensive overview mechanisms underlying MPT presents compilation agents their utilization strategies repair. Additionally, paper discusses future prospects MPT-assisted regeneration, aiming provide insights recommendations optimizing material design this field.

Abstract The Notch gene, a highly evolutionarily conserved was discovered approximately 110 years ago and has been found to play crucial role in the development of multicellular organisms. receptors their ligands are single-pass transmembrane proteins that typically require cellular interactions proteolytic processing facilitate signal transduction. Recently, mounting evidence shown aberrant activation is correlated with neuropathic pain. signaling pathway can cause neuroglia release pro-inflammatory factors, key mechanism Moreover, may contribute persistence pain by enhancing synaptic transmission calcium inward flow. Degenerative musculoskeletal disorders are a group of age-related diseases the locomotive system that severely affects patient's ability to work and cause adverse sequalae such as fractures even death. The incidence prevalence degenerative is rising owing aging world's population. Notch signaling pathway, which expressed in almost all organ systems, extensively regulates cell proliferation differentiation well cellular fate. shows increased activity retards progression degeneration some extent. review focuses on four major (osteoarthritis, intervertebral disc degeneration, osteoporosis, sarcopenia) summarizes pathophysiological functions these disorders, especially its role stem/progenitor cells each disorder. Leizhou goats can be classified into tall and short types based on their size habits. The are well-suited for grazing management due to robust physique, while the dwarf smaller, grow rapidly, more appropriate feeding systems. In this study, whole-genome resequencing was conducted identify genomic variants in 15 Tall-legged (TL) Short-legged (SL) goats, yielding 8,641,229 high-quality SNPs goat genome. Phylogenetic tree principal component analyses revealed obvious genetic differentiation between two groups. Fst θπ identified 420 genes TL group 804 SL group. Abstract Background: Zika virus is a small enveloped flavivirus transmitted through the bite of aedes mosquitos. Epidemiologic survey has shown that diseases caused by mainly include microcephaly and malformation cranial bones. In 2016, nucleic acid screening for zika was conducted in Puerto Rico, results indicated seasonal incidence rate could reach 21.1%. Research Purpose: To investigate effect on osteogenic capacity mesenchymal stem cells. Method: We induced virus-infected human cells into osteoblasts. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction Western Blot were used to detect mRNA protein expression markers, as well notch signaling pathway molecules.
