Abstract Efforts to develop advanced bone substitutes for effective regeneration in substantial defects have led the fabrication of tissue‐engineered scaffolds. These scaffolds, featuring hierarchical structures, specific chemical compositions, and functional qualities, are essential mimicking native tissue. Inspired by biomineralization process, hydrothermal treatment is used synthesize micro‐/nano‐hydroxyapatite bioceramics functionalized with tea polyphenols (TP‐nwHA), closely resembling structure bone‐like apatite induced hydroxyapatite vivo. The vitro results demonstrate TP‐nwHA's superior biocompatibility, enhancing cell proliferation adhesion. Furthermore, TP‐nwHA scaffolds significantly influence mesenchymal stem cells, promoting osteogenic differentiation while inhibiting osteoclastogenic differentiation. upregulation proteins BMP2 ITGB1, along downregulation osteoclastic FGF21 IGFBP1, synergistic effect biomimetic on activation MAPK signaling pathway. In vivo, showe early angiogenic capabilities, leading improved critical‐size femoral osteoporotic rats. Histological staining confirms complete bridging new tissue group, nanoindentation tests indicate formation mature mineralized Collectively, these findings suggest a novel strategy fabricating bone‐mimicking constructs potential applications disease modeling.

Significance: Currently, a large amount of evidence beneficial effects diets enriched with polyphenols on various aspects health has been accumulated. These phytochemicals have geroprotective potential slowing down the pathological processes associated aging and ensuring longevity. In this study, comprehensive analysis was conducted to determine adherence individual geroprotector criteria. Data from experimental models, clinical trials, epidemiological studies were analyzed. Recent Advances: Sixty-two described increase life span improve biomarkers in animal models. They act via evolutionarily conserved molecular mechanisms, including hormesis maintenance redox homeostasis, epigenetic regulation, response cellular damage, metabolic control, anti-inflammatory senolytic activity. Epidemiological suggest that certain for prevention treatment diseases, cancer, disorders, cardiovascular conditions humans. Critical Issues: Among reviewed phytochemicals, chlorogenic acid, quercetin, epicatechin, genistein, resveratrol, curcumin identified as compounds highest potential. However, there is lack unambiguous information effectiveness safety increasing span, preventing treating aging-associated diseases Future Directions: Further research needed fully understand considering their long-term consumption, modification bioavailability, complex interactions between different groups other well individuals status. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short RNA molecules that not involved in coding for proteins. They have a significant function regulating gene expression after the process of transcription. Their participation several biological processes has rendered them appealing subjects investigating age-related disorders. Increasing data indicates miRNAs can be influenced by dietary variables, such as macronutrients, micronutrients, trace minerals, and nutraceuticals. This review examines influence factors nutraceuticals on regulation miRNA relation to aging. We examine present comprehension disruption illnesses emphasize possibility manipulation means prevention or treatment.
