Particulate matter (PM), including the major risk factor for lung cancer (LC), greatly impacts human health. Although numerous studies have highlighted spatiotemporal patterns and PM-LC associations, these not been well-reviewed. Thus, we examined epidemiological linked with provided concise, up-to-date data. We used certain keywords to review articles published in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar until 30th June 2024 identified 1474 research articles. then filtered based on our criteria ultimately dropped down 30 this review. Out thirty reviewed relation, twenty-four focused PM2.5, four PM10, two both, indicating that approximately 80% respondents were inclined toward fine particles their health impacts. The study revealed 22 visualization, 12 exploration, 15 modeling methods. A strong positive relationship was reported between LC ranging from 1.04 1.60 (95% CI) a 10 µg/m3 increase PM2.5 exposure. However, compared PM10 found significantly less association. Very few advanced methods examine association PM. Advanced analysis techniques should be employed explore specific geographical locations. Further utilize approaches link PM cancer.

The present report aimed investigate cytogenotoxic potential sublethal concentrations (0.05 ppm) diesel petrol soot nanoparticles (DAESNPs PAESNPs) in erythrocytes freshwater fish Channa punctatus. Morphological alterations (macrocytes, microcytes, kidney shaped, dacrocytes, notched, burr, sickle shaped flask shaped), nuclear (bean lobbed, bud blebbed condensed), MNs, oxidative stress, DNA damage apoptosis were assessed. Increased frequencies morphological ( average 7.12 ± 0.71, 7.24 0.84 DAESNP- PAESNP- treated fish, respectively), 10.60 ±1.97, 11.99 1.24 respectively) MNs (13.83 0.16, 11.83 1.58 found.
