There is world-wide generation of food waste daily in significant amounts, leading to depletion natural resources and deteriorating air quality. One-third global produced wasted laterally with the value chain. Carbon footprint an efficient way communicating issues related climate change necessity changing behavior. Valorization or utilization wastes helps resolving environment pollution. Reduction carbon throughout chain supply makes whole process eco-friendly. Prevailing disposal systems focus on their economic environmental viability are putting efforts into using as a resource input agriculture. Effective advanced management adopted deal massive production so fill gap between disposal. Food biorefineries sustainable, eco-friendly, cost-effective approach for platform chemicals, biofuels, other bio-based materials. These materials not only provide sustainable producing various chemicals but have potential reduce this huge burden significantly. In regard, technological advancement has occurred past few years that proven suitable tackling problem.

Since the impending warning of fossil fuel inadequacy, researchers’ focus has shifted to alternative generation. This resulted in use a wide variety renewable biomass sources for making biofuels. Biofuels made from are seen as most promising long-term strategy addressing issues associated with conventional energy sources, atypical climate change, and greenhouse gas emissions. Hydrocarbons may be efficiently extracted biomass, which contains lot sugars. including bioethanol, biodiesel, biohydrogen, biogas can produced widespread usage transportation, industry, households. In recent years, there have been numerous reports breakthroughs manufacturing biofuels biogas. paper examines big picture generation, an emphasis on many forms utilization both commercial residential settings rural areas.

Worldwide, a huge production of agro-industrial wastes is observed every year in the milling, brewing, agricultural, and food industries. Biochemical bioactive substances can be produced from these agricultural wastes. Pineapple by-products, which consist peeled skin, core, crown end, etc., account for 60% weight pineapple fruit are disposed as waste, causing disposal pollution problems. The bioconversion process utilize wastes, rich cellulose hemicellulose, main components, to produce value-added biochemicals/bioactive compounds such pectin, citric acid, bromelain, ferulic vanillin, so on. Therefore, sustainable solution nutrition security supported by utilization waste. proposed review article addresses approaches that do not generate waste while adding value. This achieved using innovative biorefinery techniques green extraction use solvents. Microbial fermentation with an effective pretreatment (such hydrothermal treatment enzymatic treatment) convert complex (pineapple fruit) into simple sugars later fuel also discussed. provides concise overview most recent research developments field advanced processing technologies.
