Introduction

Abstract
Polysaccharides
are
promising
biomolecules
with
lowtoxicity
and
diverse
bioactivities
in
food
processing
clinical
drug
development.
However,

Due

structure,

Lactic
acid
bacteria
(LAB)
have
received
widespread
