Trimethyltin chloride (TMT) is widespread in the environment and harmful to both humans animals. In order investigate toxicity mechanism of TMT exposure on chicken liver, We established an vivo experimental model by giving chickens oral administration different concentrations dilution solution vitro experiments treating leghorn male hepatoma (LMH) cells for 12 h. The results showed that Albumin (ALB), total protein (TP) alanine aminotransferase (ALT) blood TMT-treated chickens, as well ALT aspartate (AST) were dose-dependently increased, degrees necrosis hepatocytes observed histology. Meanwhile, led a significant decrease glutathione (GSH) content liver tissues LMH cells, what's more increase malondialdehyde (MDA) cell supernatants. expression apoptosis-related genes Caspase8, Caspase3 Caspase9 increased after treated TMT, percentage late apoptosis cells. This suggests can cause oxidative stress livers resulting injury.

Tea polyphenol (TP) is a kind of natural macromolecular compound present in tea extract with rich biological potential. The purpose this study was to explore the protective effect TP on intestinal immune barrier and related mechanisms alleviating injury. Models common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) primary epithelial cells treated lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were established. qPCR ELISA results showed that increased levels lysozyme (LZ), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), complement component 3 (C3), 4 (C4), immunoglobulin T (IgT), D (IgD), M (IgM) activate ability. Molecular docking indicated had strong interaction TLR2. Meanwhile, alleviated LPS-induced inflammatory damage as evidenced by reducing mRNA TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, TLR2, MyD88, P65, IκBα, which consistent those Western blotting results. Moreover, revealed promoted tight junction-related proteins (claudins, occludin, ZOs) inhibited phosphorylation MLC, opposite trend after LPS treatment. In summary, improved ability activation TLR2/NF-κB/MLCK pathway attenuate injury intestines carp.
