Gas hydrate and corrosion inhibitors are widely used to ensure a successful economic hydrocarbon stream flow inside oil gas pipelines. However, compatibility problems observed during their co-injection into the flowlines as they have different molecular chemistry. Using anti-agglomerant is an effective method control plugging risk in deep-water lines or throughout drilling operations. Here, oleic acid was develop first class of biosurfactants using click chemistry for assurance applications. The results high-pressure autoclave showed that both bio-based anti-agglomerants (BAAs) significantly inhibited agglomeration, value torque remained constant formation process. particles were effectively dispersed liquid paraffin presence 1 wt % BAA1 BAA2. In addition, dynamic simulation revealed headgroup adsorbed on surface, its alkyl chain formed phase slurry. According electrochemical measurements, BAAs highly efficient prevention mild steel saturated H2S CO2-simulated oilfield water. BAA2 completely protected corrosive medium by 99 98.8%, respectively, at 0.1 %. Moreover, adsorption molecules surface physically chemically direction almost parallel surface. In this work, a tetrafunctional epoxy resin entitled 2,3,4,5-tetraglycidyloxy pentanal (TGP) was tested and investigated as potential corrosion inhibitor for mild steel (MS) in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution. The inhibition process employed alongside various techniques, such potentiodynamic polarization (PDP), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), temperature effect (TE), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDS) theoretical approaches (DFT, MC, RDF MD).
