La metodología empleada siguió los procedimientos revisión sistemática literatura, bajo enfoque PRISMA. principal objetivo presente es proporcionar descripción general del circular, incidiendo introducción uso robótica, sensores inteligentes, técnicas procesamiento emergente, inteligencia artificial, big data internet cosas agroalimentario. Industria 4.0, plantea al industrial incorporación robótica otros dispositivos inteligentes desarrollar procesos automatizados, permitan mejorar toma decisiones afrontar cambios exigencias mercado. Entre principales hallazgos nuestra exploración se destaca incremento sobre tecnología softwares avanzados, combinan contribuir a solución problemas manufacturero, específicamente pre post productivos, gestión cadena suministro obtención productos demanda consumidor estos tiempos.
