Deep
Eutectic
Solvents
(DESs)
are
a
class
of
solvents
that
increasing
their
relevance
in
the
research
activity
thanks
to
environmental-friendly
features
as
well
structural
characteristics
and
catalytic
properties.
Formed
by
no-solvent
mixing
two
substances,
namely
hydrogen
bond
donor
acceptor,
DESs
finding
fruitful
applications
many
different
topics
alternatives
common
organic
compounds.
In
this
work
realization,
characterization
solubility
novel
water-based
proposed.
These
innovative
liquids,
called
aquo-DESs,
binary
mixtures
water
with
glycolic
acid
(GA)
trimethylglycine
(TMG):
GA:H2O
(1:4
M
ratio)
TMG:H2O
(1:5
ratio).
The
DES'
identity
these

demonstrated
by:
shifts
both
terms
molar
fraction
melting
points
experimental
point
curves
from
theoretical
ones;
amounts
components
over
reported
maximum
water;
thermogravimetric
profiles
compared
pure
substances.
aquo-DESs
were
characterized
viscosity
ionic
conductivity
temperature
range
20–55
°C,
showing
really
low
conductivity,
peculiar
behavior
DES.
solubilizing
properties

phenols
carboxylic
acids
showed
high
values
whenever
solute

Abstract
Deep
eutectic
solvent
(DES)
is
used
as
both
photocatalyst
and
for
photoinduced
reversible
complexation‐mediated
polymerization
(photo‐RCMP),
which
enables
a
rapid
to
produce
polymers
with
predictable
molar
mass
low
dispersity
(
Đ
).
This
work
illustrates
comprehensive
understanding
of
DES‐accelerated
RCMP's
mechanism
kinetic
features
through
quantum
chemical
calculations
modeling.
According
the
results,
electrons
transferring
from
hydrogen
bond
in
DES
iodine
atom
alkyl
iodide
(RI)
initiator
under
light
irradiation
lowers
decomposition
free
energy
complex
RI‐DES.
procedure
facilitates
generation
primary
radicals,
thus
contributing
phenomenon.

meantime,
reaction
paths
are
identified
by
computation

active
radicals
