The rapid advancement of new digital technologies, such as smart technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, robotics, cloud computing, the Internet Things (IoT), is fundamentally changing nature work increasing concerns about future jobs organizations. To keep pace with disruption, companies need to update transform business models remain competitive. Meanwhile, growth advanced technologies types skills competencies needed in workplace demanded a shift mindset among individuals, teams recent COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digitalization trends, while heightening importance employee resilience well-being adapting widespread job technological disruption. Although transformation urgent imperative, there long trajectory rigorous research that can readily be applied grasp these emerging trends. Recent studies reviews have primarily focused on strategic levels, only modest integration employee-related factors. Our review article seeks fill critical gaps by identifying consolidating key factors important for an organization’s overarching transformation. We reviewed across multiple disciplines integrated findings into multi-level framework. At individual level, we propose five related effective employees: technology adoption; perceptions attitudes toward change; training; adaptability, work-related wellbeing. group-level, identified three necessary transformation: team communication collaboration; relationships identification, adaptability resilience. Finally, at organizational-level, proposed leadership; human resources, organizational culture/climate. literature confirms are when planning embarking transformation, thereby providing framework practice.

The opportunities and challenges of ChatGPT in education

ABSTRACTThe launch of OpenAI ChatGPT's language-generation model has raised alarms within many sectors, especially the academic sector. Several academicians have urged universities to develop new forms assessment after ChatGPT, which solves questions in less than a few minutes. Academic cheating is not phenomenon, and use AI-generated text cheat on assignments type that poses unique challenges. This study used Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method for topic modeling Valence Aware Dictionary Sentiment Reasoning (VADER) sentiment analysis. After data preprocessing, 3870 tweets were still available out originally 10,000 extracted study. The VADER analysis results revealed 2013 categorized as “positive,” with remaining 804 1053 “negative” “neutral.” analysis's findings indicate majority people favorable things say about ChatGPT.
