La competencia digital docente (CDD) es un reto en la práctica profesional del profesorado y problema identificado investigación al que dar respuestas. En concreto, evaluación de CDD elemento clave para tomar decisiones respecto a formación los docentes futuras líneas investigación. Tomando este como foco, el objetivo artículo proporcionar panorama actualizado sobre las herramientas utilizadas procesos docentes, indagando tipo diseño investigación, instrumentos análisis utilizados, así resultados obtenidos tras su aplicación sus implicaciones. El estudio realizado se aborda desde una revisión sistemática literatura, siguiendo directrices marcadas declaración PRISMA, con muestra 66 artículos publicados entre 2017 febrero 2022 revistas indexadas Web of Science Scopus, evalúa CDD. Los muestran niveles medios bajos diagnosticados ofrecen evidencias relevancia mejora. Así mismo evidencian marco europeo DIGCOMPEDU español propuesto por INTEF, son seguidos investigadores todo mundo. Sin embargo, habitual elaboren propio instrumento evaluar CDD, siendo cuestionario autoevaluación utilizado mayor parte estudios, tiempo recomienda complementarlo otras cualitativas nivel real adquirido. Las conclusiones ponen manifiesto coinciden reclamar dos aspectos fundamentales: aumentar avanzar diseños permitan comprobar cómo mejora través propuestas formativas contextualizadas etapa educativa o enseñanza.
