Abstract With the rapid advancement of technology, digital literacy has become a key component in educators’ professional development. A wide range assessment tools been developed to measure teacher literacy; however, there no previous attempt systematically synthesize and scrutinize those improve evaluation this ability among educators. Previous research investigating the use of technology in school has focused mainly on frequency digital tools during lessons rather than how is integrated with respect to different kinds learning activities. According interactive, constructive, active, passive (ICAP) framework, which distinguishes four based level students' cognitive engagement, we developed 12-item ICAP Technology Scale (ICAP-TS) that accounts for all dimensions integration lessons. La competencia digital docente (CDD) es un reto en la práctica profesional del profesorado y problema identificado investigación al que dar respuestas. En concreto, evaluación de CDD elemento clave para tomar decisiones respecto a formación los docentes futuras líneas investigación. Tomando este como foco, el objetivo artículo proporcionar panorama actualizado sobre las herramientas utilizadas procesos docentes, indagando tipo diseño investigación, instrumentos análisis utilizados, así resultados obtenidos tras su aplicación sus implicaciones. El estudio realizado se aborda desde una revisión sistemática literatura, siguiendo directrices marcadas declaración PRISMA, con muestra 66 artículos publicados entre 2017 febrero 2022 revistas indexadas Web of Science Scopus, evalúa CDD. Los muestran niveles medios bajos diagnosticados ofrecen evidencias relevancia mejora. Así mismo evidencian marco europeo DIGCOMPEDU español propuesto por INTEF, son seguidos investigadores todo mundo. Sin embargo, habitual elaboren propio instrumento evaluar CDD, siendo cuestionario autoevaluación utilizado mayor parte estudios, tiempo recomienda complementarlo otras cualitativas nivel real adquirido. Las conclusiones ponen manifiesto coinciden reclamar dos aspectos fundamentales: aumentar avanzar diseños permitan comprobar cómo mejora través propuestas formativas contextualizadas etapa educativa o enseñanza.

Abstract Teachers’ digital competence (DC) is an important condition for the effective application of technology in education. This study builds on a comprehensive conceptualisation of teachers' professional digital competence (PDC) that goes beyond the use technology for teaching and learning. We investigate teacher educators' facilitation not only generic didactic but also profession-oriented transformative aspects. Drawing agency, we analysed interviews with educators in Norway. Currently, the role of teacher in education and its relationship with technological, information, communication competencies is subject much attention educational contexts.
