Hazaras are a newly emerging community in Australia and limited research has explored their mental health. The first aim of this study was to explore levels psychological distress subjective well-being reported by Australia, whether scores on psychosocial variables (self-compassion, self-coldness, acculturation, resilience, spirituality), domains differed sociodemographic groups. second had two parts: (a) examine bivariate relationships between the variables, well-being; (b) predictor independently contributed when controlling for characteristics. While self-compassion (SC) has mostly been understood as a stable trait-like property, growing evidence suggests that it may fluctuate over time within given individual. However, little is known on how these fluctuations relate to affective well-being and dynamics, such emotional inertia stress reactivity in daily life.A sample of 119 non-clinical individuals (mean age: 31.3 years, 53.8% female) completed 7-day smartphone-based ecological momentary assessment study with six semi-random signals per day. With each signal, reported their positive affect (PA) negative (NA), recent SC, occurrence perceived strain hassles since the last signal.Whenever higher SC than usual, they experienced PA lower NA. Moreover, related terms decrease increase NA following experience hassles. No associations between were found. Given the significant prevalence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their detrimental impact on mental health, this study examines relationship between attachment anxiety, avoidance, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) among college students with ACEs, emphasizing mediating role self-compassion (SC). A sample 32,388 from Kunming, China completed a survey including Revised Adverse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire (ACEQ-R), Adult Attachment Scale (AAS), International Trauma (ITQ), Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form (SCS-SF). Among participants, 3,896 reported at least one ACE. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to explore proposed mediation model. Results revealed that both anxiety avoidance positively influenced CPTSD symptoms while negatively affecting SC. SC symptoms, acting as mediator. The effect was stronger for disturbances in self-organization (DSO) than (PTSD) symptoms. These findings underscore importance fostering interventions aimed mitigating influence ACEs.
