Optimizing the therapeutic range of nonthermal atmospheric pressure plasma (NTAPP) for biomedical applications is an active research topic. For first time, we examined effect on-times in this study while keeping duty ratio and treatment time fixed. We have evaluated electrical, optical, soft jet properties two different ratios 10% 36%, using 25, 50, 75, 100 ms. Furthermore, influence on-time on reactive oxygen nitrogen species (ROS/RNS) levels treated medium (PTM) was also investigated. Following treatment, characteristics (DMEM media) PTM (pH, EC, ORP) were examined. While EC ORP rose by raising on-time, pH remained unchanged. Finally, used to observe cell viability ATP U87-MG brain cancer cells. found it interesting that, increasing ROS/RNS dramatically increased significantly affected line. The results provide a significant indication advancement introducing optimization increase efficacy applications.
