ABSTRACT A novel Schiff base ligand derived from 1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione was synthesized and complexed with platinum (IV) ion to enhance its bioactivity. Characterization techniques, including FTIR, NMR, UV‐Vis, mass spectrometry, confirmed the formation of molecule revealed that Pt(IV) complex has an octahedral geometry. Greywater can be reused after treatment. Several techniques for treating greywater adopted. However, the selection of optimal technique is a difficult action. Therefore, this study adopted an experimental approach to compare two different determine one. Two systems were designed and constructed pretreatment. The first system consists 5000L anaerobic fiberglass tank 2.5m depth whereas other 5 separated cylindrical tanks; each 1000L fiberglass. pH, biological oxygen demand (BOD5), total suspended solids (TSS), Total N, P, chemical (COD), organic Carbon (TOC), SO4, Alkaline, Na+1, Ca+2, K+1, water temperature raw effluent from continuously measured ten months. According performance data, ineffective bacteria weaken wastewater in septic tanks by roughly 30–40% while extremely effective aerobic do same protonated more than 93%. Compared bacteria, enhance quality that exits tank. present exposed nitrification waste through treatment using ozone air (1:1 volume %) reduce odor, COD, TSS, BOD5 remove nitrogen.

ABSTRACT A Schiff base ligand (L) was synthesized via condensation of N ‐(1‐naphthyl)ethylenediamine dihydrochloride with phthalaldehyde. The characterized by FT‐IR, UV–Vis, 1 H NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis (C, H, N). Five metal complexes (Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II)) were prepared the in a 1:1 (M:L) ratio using an aqueous ethanol solution. Additionally, NMR spectroscopy employed for Cd(II) complex. Antimicrobial activity its against pathogenic bacteria ( K. pneumoniae , E. coli S. aureus epidermidis ) fungus C. albicans evaluated agar well diffusion method. All compounds exhibited inhibitory effects zone diameters ranging from 8 to 16 mm. also displayed significant anticancer mammary carcinoma cell line. Among them, Zn(II) Cu(II) demonstrated highest (70.68% 70.57%, respectively), followed (61.35%) Co(II), Cd(II), Ni(II) (60.34%, 58.96%, 41.63%, respectively). IC50 values similar trend, 31.69% (Co(II)) 165.7% (Cd(II)). Molecular docking studies indicated strong binding affinities complex estrogen receptor.
