Studies on source apportionment of indoor OPEs rarely involve multiple media and characteristic markers emissions. Herein, we present a novel framework for quantitative integrative appointment by integrating OPE concentrations in multimedia into equivalent (EICs) using Utility was demonstrated applying it to five types microenvironments where the 13 were ubiquitous (indoor dust: 993-14000 ng/g; air: 0.549-14.1 ng/m3). The paired dust air samples adopted construct "Measured-Paired-EICs" data set apportionments via positive matrix factorization (PMF). Moreover, an alternative model method constructing EIC sets from single-medium measurements established improve applicability framework. Accordingly, "Modeled-Paired-EICs", "Dust-Only", "Air-Only" constructed comparison. extracted factors exhibited consistent contributions "Modeled-Paired-EICs" solutions (RSD: 0.14-5.4%), while solution identified incomplete "Dust-Only" showed errors 40.6-262%. Specifically, PMF analysis resolved seven known sources other unknown sources. Furthermore, heterogeneities identification observed across various exposure scenarios; probabilistic carcinogenic risk TCEP (up 7.19 × 10-7) close acceptable level (1 10-6) demands further attention.

2-Ethylhexyl diphenyl phosphate (EHDPP) is a frequently utilized organophosphorus flame retardant (OPFR) and has been extensively detected in environmental media. Prolonged daily exposure to EHDPP linked potential retinal damage, yet the adverse impacts on retina are still generally underexplored. In this research, we explored oxidative stress, inflammation, activating mechanisms initiated by mouse photoreceptor (661 W) cells following 24 h period. Our research demonstrated that led decline cell viability was directly proportional its concentration, with median lethal concentration (LC50) being 88 µM. Furthermore, found elevate intracellular mitochondrial levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), trigger apoptosis, induce cycle arrest at G1 phase, modulate expression both antioxidant enzymes (Nrf2, HO-1, CAT) pro-inflammatory mediators (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6) within 661 W cells. These findings indicate damage triggered could be mediated via Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway these Collectively, our investigation revealed stress induced likely critical factor cytotoxic response cells, potentially leading

The primary flame retardants in vehicles, organophosphates (OPEs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), volatilize accumulate the enclosed vehicle environment, posing potential health risks. Amidst rising number of scrutiny persistent organic pollutants like OPEs PBDEs vehicles is increasing. This study investigates occupational nonoccupational population exposure to specific (TnBP, TBOEP, TEHP, TCEP, TCiPP, TDCiPP, TPhP, EHDPP) (BDE-28, BDE-47, BDE-99, BDE-100, BDE-153, BDE-154, BDE-183, BDE-209) dust.
