Research aim: This study explores how Green HRM and OCB mediate organizational performance at Blue Pearl Company in Singapore Methods: uses quantitative methods. Abstract This work analyzes the implementation of green human resources in a package printing company. It specifically examines effect on employees’ eco-friendly behavior, organizational commitment, and corporate environmental performance. Bu çalışmanın amacı firmalardaki yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi uygulamalarının örgütsel özdeşleşme ve bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada nicel veri toplama yöntemlerinden olan anket tekniği kullanılmış olup Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren 5 firmada görev yapan 352 çalışana uygulanmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS 25.0 AMOS programı ile analiz edilip yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmada yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda yönetiminin özdeşleşmeyi bağlılığı pozitif yönde anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği edilmiştir. Yeşil uygulamaları boyutlarından ‘‘yeşil ücret yönetimi’’ boyutunun ise saptanmıştır.
