Inhaling airborne pathogens may cause severe epidemics showing huge threats to indoor dwellings residents. The ventilation, environmental parameters, and human activities would affect the abundance pathogenicity of bioaerosols in indoor. However, people know little about microbes especially near industrial park polluted with organics heavy metals. Herein, bioaerosols' community composition, source influencing factors an electronic waste (e-waste) were investigated. Results showed that average bioaerosol level morning was lower than evening. Bioaerosol concentration activity (1936 CFU/m3 7.62 × 105 ng/m3 sodium fluorescein average) (4043 7.77 fluorescein), higher microbial viability be caused by other pollutants generated during e-waste dismantling process. Fluorescent biological aerosol particles occupied 17.6%-23.7% total particles, indicating most non-biological. Bacterial communities richer more diverse fungi. Furthermore, Bacillus Cladosporium dominant pathogens, pathogenic fungi influenced bacteria. SourceTracker analysis indicates outdoor main bioaerosols. hazard quotient (<1) through inhalation negligible, but long-term exposure could harmful. Air purifiers effectively remove spheroid bacteria cylindrical bacteria, open doors windows reduce purification efficiency. This study is great important for risk assessments control park.

Over recent decades, marine microorganisms have increasingly adapted to plastic debris, forming distinct plastic-attached microbial communities. Despite this, the colonization and succession processes on surfaces in environments remain poorly understood. To address this knowledge gap, we conducted a microbiome experiment using four common polymers (PE, PP, PS, PET), as well glass wood, temperature-controlled seawater system over 2- 90-day period. We employed long-read 16S rRNA metabarcoding profile prokaryotic microbiome’s taxonomic composition at five time points throughout experiment. By applying Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) our data, identified unique signatures for 77 bacterial genera observed polymer-specific enrichment 39 genera. Our findings also revealed that most significant variations across occurred during initial stages, with potential intra-genus relationships are linked surface preferences. This research advances understanding of dynamics debris introduces robust statistical approach identifying specific taxa.

Both heavy metals and antibiotics exert selection pressure on bacterial resistance, as they are commonly co-contaminated in the environment, may play a larger role resistance. This study examined how breeding cycles affect antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) chicken manure surrounding topsoils at 20, 50, 100, 200, 300 m from twelve typical laying hen farms Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of northwest China. Six antibiotics, seven metals, ten mobile genetic elements (MGEs), microbial community affected ARGs profile dung soil samples. Tetracycline residues were prevalent manure, relatively high content aureomycin during each culture period. Zinc (Zn) was highest among feces. Chicken also enriched aminoglycosides, MLSB, tetracycline ARGs, notably brooding production. The farm had minimal influence soil, but its effect MGEs closer to (50 m) stronger, several increased with distance. Manure composition differed dramatically throughout sampling distances. more strongly related than whereas reverse. Antibiotics, MGEs, bacteria accounted 12.28%, 22.25%, 0.74%, 0.19% variance, respectively, according RDA VPA. Bacteria (2.89%) (2.82%) only composition. These findings showed that main factors affecting faecal ARGs. paper includes data for large-scale husbandry China theoretical framework decreasing
