Afidopyropen has high activity against pests. However, it poses potential risks to the soil ecology after entering environment. The toxicity of afidopyropen earthworms (Eisenia fetida) was studied for first time in this study. results showed that had low level acute E. fetida. Under stimulation chronic toxicity, increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) activated antioxidant and detoxification system, which led superoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione S-transferase (GST) activities. Lipid peroxidation DNA damage were characterized by malondialdehyde (MDA) 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) contents. Meanwhile, functional genes SOD, CAT, GST, heat shock protein 70 (HSP70), transcriptionally controlled tumor (TCTP), annetocin (ANN) played a synergistic role defense. comprehensive concentration still increased on 28th day. In addition, strong histopathological body wall intestine observed, accompanied weight loss, indicated inhibited growth molecular docking revealed afidopyrene combined with surface structure SOD GST proteins, made become sensitive biomarkers reflecting Summing up, destroys homeostasis fetida through toxic. These provide theoretical data evaluating environmental risk ecosystem.
