Urban wind energy has emerged as an attractive source of distributed generation in cities to achieve sustainable development goals. It found 24 have poor potential, below <4.5 m/s. northwest east is where there greatest between 4.83 - 6.63 population density established observed that with greater less densely populated. NZCCs aim to minimise urban carbon emissions for healthier cities in line with national and international low-carbon targets Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Many countries have recently adopted Net-Zero Carbon City (NZCC) policies strategies. While there are many studies available on NZCC cities’ definitions policymaking, currently, research is rare understanding the role of data-driven technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) Geographic Systems (GIS), well AI, achieving goals relation sustainable development (SDGs), e.g., SDGs 3, 7,11, 13, 17. This paper aims fill this gap by establishing a systematic review ascertaining opportunities barriers approaches, analytics, digital technologies, AI supporting decision-making monitoring progress toward policy/strategy development. Two scholarly databases, i.e., Web Science Scopus were used find papers based our selected relevant keywords. We also conducted desktop explore policies, strategies, visualisation that already being used. Our inclusion/exclusion criteria refined selection 55 papers, focusing conceptual theoretical research. data analytics improving can help move from net-zero concepts theories practical analysis evaluation emission levels reducing carbon, shows these capabilities not thoroughly yet bridge theory practice.
