Abstract Sugars, as cryoprotectants, can be added to NP formulations before lyophilization ensure that NPs retain their size during long‐term storage. In this study, mannitol, glucose, and sucrose were used at different concentrations extend the storage time of doxorubicin (DOX)‐loaded PLGA‐NPs prepared using two copolymer ratios (75 : 25 50 50) temperatures (−20, +4, +25 °C). After lyophilization, a glucose or concentration only 5 % for DOX‐PLGA‐75 25‐NP 10 DOX‐PLGA‐50 50‐NP found prevent agglomeration up 4 months −20 °C. It is noteworthy after °C months, was prevented in content both types. On other hand, expected, no sugar type could The sizes encapsulation efficiencies (EE%) 221.8±2.20 45.4 221.5±1.31 48.7 25‐NP, respectively. Furthermore, release profiles DOX investigated by UV‐Vis analyses. DSC analysis revealed present free form amorphous NPs. Consequently, PLGA have an impact on stability loaded lyophilizates, DOX‐loaded with 75 stored +4 when combined appropriate contents concentrations, demonstrating versatility these materials.

Ovarian cancer is one the deadliest disease wherein survival rate very low. Despite of advances in medical sciences, researches are still at stage infancy where patients succumbing to this malignancy. Multidrug resistance, toxicity, mode treatment related issues like catheter complication poises a number challenges scientists worldwide. Novel therapy now thus being focussed sensitive cells more towards treatment. Gold nanoparticles (Au NPs), known for their high biocompatibility, and strong optical magnetic responses, have emerged as promising agents both diagnosis ovarian cancer. Owing physical characteristics, AuNPs may be used adjuvants bioimaging, radiotherapy fluorescence imaging. As result, these characteristics substantially support biological domains. In addition therapeutic potential, Au NPs exhibit surface plasmon resonance (SPR) properties, enhancing imaging techniques early detection tumors. Furthermore, chemical properties such Magnetic Resonance Imaging Properties, X-ray property, Two-photon or multiphoton imaging, Optical coherence tomography (OCT) enhance use diagnosis. This paper highlights targeting potential by has been discussed.

Biodegradable polymers have been extensively researched in the field of biomedicine. Polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA), a biodegradable polymer material, has widely used drug delivery systems and shown great potential various medical fields, including vaccines, tissue engineering such as bone regeneration wound healing, 3D printing. Cancer, group diseases with high mortality rates worldwide, recently garnered significant attention immune therapy research. In recent years, there growing interest function PLGA tumor immunotherapy. immunotherapy, can serve carrier to load antigens on its surface, thereby enhancing system’s ability attack cells. Additionally, be formulate vaccines immunoadjuvants, efficacy nanoparticles (NPs) also enhance effectiveness immunotherapy by regulating activity differentiation cells, improving expression presentation antigens. Furthermore, due diverse physical properties surface modifications PLGA, it wider range applications through loading types drugs or other innovative substances. We aim highlight advances challenges plga oncology stimulate further research development PLGA-based approaches, more effective personalized cancer therapies.
