The “ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt-metal” (“EDTA•2Na-Mn+”) based-signal regulation strategy has been successfully developed for the construction of vigorous and progressive immunoassayswith various signals, including 1) EDTA•2Na-Fe3+@aptamer/gold nanorods (Ea-Fe3+/AuNRs) with photothermal signal; 2) silica nanoparticles (SiO2 NPs) @EDTA•2Na-Au3+@aptamer/gold (Sea-Au3+/AuNPs) colorimetric 3) SiO2 NPs@EDTA•2Na-Cd2+@aptamer/cDNA/gold nanoclusters (Seac-Cd2+/AuNCs) fluorescence signal. Concretely, EDTA•2Na chelates Fe3+, Au3+, Cd2+ fiercely to selectively regulate metallization AuNRs, growth AuNPs, synthesis AuNCs.Using Aflatoxin B1 as a model target, these assays could achieve limits detection at 0.15 pg/mL, 0.19 0.2 fg/mL, respectively. relative standard deviation 2.17 % indicates good consistency food samples detection. Compared conventional ELISA, high-performance enzyme-free “EDTA•2Na-Mn+” platforms exhibit superiors low cost enhanced sensitivity, thereby expanding building biosensors that eliminate use enzymes. Importantly, endow multiple signals can realize mutually corroborate noninterference one target diversity endows flexible selection those different color matrix.

A sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for procymidone detection was developed based on a supramolecular amplification strategy. β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD)-based nanomaterials were employed to immobilize ferrocene derivative (FC)-functionalized antibodies/antigens through host-guest interactions. With the presence of procymidone, formed β-CD-labeled bioconjugates immobilized antibody-modified electrode after immunoreaction, indicating fabrication immunosensor. The FC/β-CD complexes with multiplex electroactive species and provided more sites recognition groups, resulting in signal sensor. Monitored differential pulse voltammetry, proposed exhibited wide linear range from 5 pM 0.1 μM low limit (LOD) 1.67 pM. as-prepared possessed high sensitivity, specificity, stability showed great potential monitoring field food safety.
