The ambitious goal of the European Union (EU) countries is to achieve carbon neutrality by providing inclusive economic growth, which requires development relevant incentives and initiatives. Furthermore, such initiatives should guarantee achievement declared goals. Energy sectors are core determinant growth. Traditional energy resources (coal oriented) have a higher negative impact on nature people’s well-being than social benefits. However, transition renewable raises new issues in achieving goals growth: affordable clean energy, responsible consumption, infrastructure. analysis theoretical framework found that digitalization government could be instrument for handling abovementioned issues. paper aims justify role green growth empirically. study applies following methods: fully modified Ordinary Least Square (OLS) canonical cointegrating regression. findings allow concluding institutional quality passively affects has U-shaped In this case, boost digital transformation public services continuously increase institutions.

This study aims to examine the linkages between renewable energy consumption (REC), nonrenewable (NREC), carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emissions, and economic growth in emerging Asian countries during period 1975–2020 using a panel augmented mean group (AMG) estimation technique. The results of long-run coefficient elasticity show that REC, NREC, employed labor force, capital formation contribute significantly growth. research analysis also found NREC increases long-term emissions while REC reduces emissions. Moreover, gross domestic product (GDP) GDP 3 have significant positive impact on environmental degradation has adverse pollution, thus validating N-shaped Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis selected economies. country-wise AMG strategy points out India Bangladesh no EKC hypothesis, China Singapore an inverted U-shaped Japan South Korea hypothesis. Empirical evidence from Dumitrescu Hurlin's causality test shows two-way growth, supporting feedback Strategically, this suggests more is viable address security reduce protect environment boost future countries.

Modern machine learning (ML) techniques are making inroads in every aspect of renewable energy for optimization and model prediction. The effective utilization ML the development scaling up systems needs a high degree accountability. However, most approaches currently use termed black box since their work is difficult to comprehend. Explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) an attractive option solve issue poor interoperability black-box methods. This review investigates relationship between (RE) XAI. It emphasizes potential advantages XAI improving performance efficacy RE systems. realized that although integration with has enormous alter how produced consumed, possible hazards barriers remain be overcome, particularly concerning transparency, accountability, fairness. Thus, extensive research required address societal ethical implications using create standardized data sets evaluation metrics. In summary, this paper shows potential, perspectives, opportunities, challenges application system management operation aiming target efficient energy-use goals more sustainable trustworthy future.
