Abstract Aging has become a concern for many people, especially women. Given that high-quality anti-aging products are of high cost; it imperative to search other economical sources. Essential oils frequently used in cosmetics due wide range biological activities as well their pleasant odor. The current study aimed investigate the biochemical effect cosmetic potential selected Apiaceous essential oils, traditionally skincare, by evaluating anti-wrinkle activity. It is worth noting that, coriander oil showed highest collagenase, elastase, tyrosinase, and hyaluronidase inhibitory compared (fennel, anise, cumin). GC–MS proved very level oxygenated monoterpenes, with linalool (81.29%) most abundant constituent. Intriguingly, cream Coriander Oil-loaded Lipid Nanoparticles (CEOLNs) formulations attenuated vivo UV-induced skin photoaging was manifested significantly decreased MDA, COX-2, PGE-2, MMP-1, JNK, AP-1 levels. Moreover, these pharmaceutical dosage forms increased collagen content UV-injured group. Also, TGFβ, TGFβII, SMAD3 protein expression levels In conclusion, possess could have an auspicious role amending extrinsic aging.
