In

we
present

class

polyketides,
tenuazamines
A–H
(1–8),
which
exhibit
unique
tautomeric
equilibrium
from
Alternaria
alternata
FL7.
The
elucidation
the
structures
was
achieved
through
diverse
combination
NMR,
HR-ESIMS,
and
ECD
methods,
with
focus
on
extensive
spectroscopic
data
analysis.
Notably,
compounds

potent
toxic
effects
