The increasing trend of the use synthetic products may result in an increased level pollution affecting both environment and living organisms. Therefore, from sustainability point view, natural, renewable biodegradable materials are urgently needed to replace environmentally harmful materials. Jute, one natural fibers, plays a vital role developing composite that showed potential variety applications such as household, automotive medical appliances. This paper first reviews characterization performance jute fibers. Subsequently, main focus is shifted towards research advancements enhancing physical, mechanical, thermal tribological properties polymeric (i.e., or biobased thermoplastic thermoset plastic) reinforced with fibers forms particle, short fiber woven fabric. It understood physio-mechanical jute-polymer composites largely vary based on processing treatment, shape and/or size, fabrication processes, volume fraction, layering sequence within matrix, interaction matrix used. Furthermore, emerging fiber, nanomaterials jute, bioplastic packaging, heavy metal absorption, electronics, energy device development 3D printing, explored. Finally, key challenges for its derivative gaining commercial successes have been highlighted future directions discussed.

Abstract Purpose The textile industry’s previous chemical use resulted in thousands of practical particulate emissions, such as machine component damage and drainage system blockage, both which have implications. Enzyme-based processing is cost-effective, environmentally friendly, non-hazardous, water-saving. purpose this review to give evidence on the potential activity microbial cellulase industry, mostly confined realm research. Methods This was progressive by considering peer-reviewed papers linked production, its prospective application for industries appraised produced develop assessment. Articles were divided into two categories based results trustworthy educational journals: methods used produce diversity microorganisms through fermentation processes approaches microbes fermentation. Submerged (SMF) solid-state (SSF) techniques are currently being meet industrial demand production bio industry. Results Microbial vital increasing day due no side effect environment human health becoming increasingly important.
