Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is the largest unmet clinical need in cardiovascular medicine. Despite decades of research, treatment option for HFpEF still limited, indicating our ongoing incomplete understanding on underlying molecular mechanisms. Non-coding RNAs, comprising microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and circular (circRNAs), are non-protein coding RNA transcripts, which implicated various diseases. However, their role pathogenesis unknown. Here, we discuss miRNAs, lncRNAs circRNAs that involved pathophysiology HFpEF, namely microvascular dysfunction, inflammation, diastolic dysfunction cardiac fibrosis. We interrogated evidence dissected mechanisms ncRNAs by looking at relevant vivo vitro models mimic co-morbidities patients HFpEF. Finally, potential as biomarkers novel therapeutic targets future treatment.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) interactions have essential implications in various biological processes diseases. Computational science approaches emerged as powerful tools for studying predicting these intricate molecular interactions, garnering considerable attention. Current methods face two significant limitations: the lack of precise interpretable models insufficient representation homogeneous heterogeneous molecules. We propose a novel method, MFERL, that addresses both limitations through multi-scale learning an explainable fine-grained model circRNA-miRNA (CMI). MFERL learns representations by aggregating node features interacting with features, well dual-convolution attention mechanisms contrastive to enhance features. utilize manifold-based method examine performance detail, revealing exhibits robust generalization, robustness, interpretability. Abstract Infertility is a global problem being associated with emotional and financial burden. Recent studies have shown contribution of group non-coding RNAs, namely circular RNAs (circRNAs) to the etiology some infertility conditions. CircRNA are transcribed from exons form RNA molecule, abundant in eukaryotes. Traditionally classified as RNA, these transcripts endogenously produced through either non-canonical back-splicing or linear splicing, typically precursor messenger ribonucleic acid (pre-mRNA). While during canonical splicing process 3’ end exon joined 5’ succeeding mRNA, backsplicing, same make molecule. circRNAs involved regulation several aspects spermatogenesis. They appear influence how stem germ cells grow divide sperm production process. Malfunctions circRNA activity could contribute male issues stemming abnormalities In current review, we highlight exciting potential key players fertility.
