The primary purpose of electronic government (e-government) is to promote transparency, facilitate access services, and strengthen the accountability public institutions in digital transformation age. However, few studies have explored factors that affect women’s adoption e-government, especially emerging economies. Consequently, this study aims identify influence e-government services by young women Medellín, Colombia.
