Since the earliest days, people have been employing herbal treatments extensively around world. The development of phytochemical and phytopharmacological sciences has made it possible to understand chemical composition biological properties a number medicinal plant products. Due certain challenges like large molecular weight low bioavailability, some components extracts are not utilized for therapeutic purposes. It suggested that medicine nanotechnology can be combined enhance benefits by lowering dosage requirements adverse effects increasing activity. Using nanotechnology, active ingredient delivered in an adequate concentration transported targeted site action. Conventional therapy does fulfill these requirements. This review focuses on different skin diseases nanotechnology-based medicines treat them.

Candida albicans infection induces economic losses in aquaculture practices. Currently, the success of nanotechnology field has gained more consideration sector as it bestows favorable impacts remedies comparison to traditional The present study was conducted assess role nano chitosan gel (NCG) exposure via water managing deteriorating triggered by C. Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Hepato-renal function, behavioral and stress response, neurological hepatic antioxidant/oxidant status, histopathological architectures were investigated. A total 160 fish (average weight: 50.00 ± 6.30 g) randomly assigned four groups, each with replicates: control, NCG, albicans, NCG + albicans. applied bath treatment at a concentration 75 µg/L for ten days. outcomes demonstrated that challenged exhibited obvious alterations including loss equilibrium, surfacing, abnormal swimming movement, aggression. Infection caused an elevation hepato-renal biomarkers (alanine aspartate aminotransferases, alkaline phosphatase, urea, creatinine), stress-related indices (glucose, cortisol, nor-epinephrine, 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine), lipid peroxides (malondialdehyde). Moreover, noticeable decline antioxidant (total capacity reduced glutathione content) acetylcholinesterase activity. hepatic, renal, brain severely damaged challenge, exhibiting significant fatty changes, necrosis, vacuolation, congestion. Remarkably, aqueous application albicans-challenged ameliorated all aforementioned facilitated regeneration changes. Overall, aquatic environment is effective tool tilapia. can be utilized combating conditions sector.

Herbal plants have gained enormous interest due to their immune, antioxidant, and antibacterial activities. The present study proposed that white poplar (Populus alba) leave extract (WPE) might provide a promising alternative traditional antibiotics treat Aeromonas veronii infection in Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). WPE showed an vitro activity [22 ± 0.45 mm inhibition zone, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) bactericidal (MBC) of 60 µg/mL] against A. veronii. For the in-vivo study, factorial (2 × 2) design was used investigate therapeutic effects on antioxidant/immune status blood biochemical parameters challenged One-hundred sixty fish (33 1.5 g) were assigned into four experimental groups, each replicates (4 glass tanks/group, 40 fish/group, 10 fish/tank) for days. In first (1st) 2nd 0 mg/L applied tank water, respectively, without being challenged. 3rd 4th intraperitoneal inoculated 0.2 mL (0.5 107 CFU). significantly diminished survivability, hepatic catalase, lysozyme activity, nitric oxide, immunoglobulin M, phagocytic %, total protein, albumin, globulin. Moreover, significant rise malondialdehyde, serum hepatorenal function indicators, cortisol, glucose levels consequences challenge. Interestingly, interaction between bacterial challenge application increased antioxidant immune responses reduced ALT treated during creatinine, decreased but still higher than non-infected either or not WPE. conclusion, (1.5 mg/L) can be as substance farming alleviate detrimental impacts by enhancing infected fish. These outcomes could help reduce antibiotic usage farms, which is conducive sustainable development aquaculture.
