Sesame (Sesamum indicum) is abundant in a diverse range of lignans, including sesamin, and γ-tocopherol, constituting cluster bioactive phenolic compound used for food medicinal purposes. Cardiovascular diseases remain leading global health challenge, demanding vigilant prevention innovative treatments. This study was carried out to evaluate the effect plant mediated SeNPs on sesame metabolic profile screen check compounds against CVD via molecular drug docking technique. Three germplasms TS-5, TH-6 Till-18 were treated with varying concentrations (10, 20, 30, 40 50 ppm) plant-mediated selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs). There three groups treatments group-1 got only seed pretreatments SeNPs, Group-2 foliar applications Group-3 both SeNPs. It found that plants ppm SeNPS group 3 exhibited highest total flavonoid content. Total content at T4 TS-5 (134%), (132%), (112%). LCMS analysis revealed 276 metabolites, phenolics, flavonoids, free fatty acids being most abundant. KEGG indicated enrichment acid phenylalanine tryptophan pathways. ADMET virtual screening resulted five as potential ligand Hemoglobin beta subunit. Lowest binding energy achieved by Delta-Tocopherol (−6.98) followed Lactoflavin (−6.20) Sesamin (−5.00). In this study, a novel terpolymer was successfully obtained via the polycondensation polymerization of p-phenylenediamine and 2-aminothiazole with formaldehyde, employing dimethylformamide as catalyst. The molar ratio 1:1:2 for reacting monomers yielded newly devised p-phenylenediamine-2-aminothiazole-formaldehyde (P2ATF) terpolymer. Subsequently, utilized ligand to form copper complex by combining it Cu2+ ions. To check structure both its complex, comprehensive array techniques like Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible nuclear magnetic resonance, elemental analysis were employed. Gel permeation chromatography employed determine average molecular weight. surface characteristics metal investigated using scanning electron microscopy, providing insights into their morphology. Furthermore, thermal properties examined thermogravimetric analysis, allowing an assessment breakdown behavior. They also subjected biological evaluations against diverse range microorganisms, encompassing Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger. findings from these assessments provide valuable potential activities enhancing our understanding applications.

Thyroid cancer (THCA) has become a common malignancy in recent years, with the mortality rate steadily increasing. PANoptosis is unique kind of programmed cell death (PCD), including pyroptosis, necroptosis, and apoptosis, involved proliferation prognosis numerous cancers. This paper demonstrated connection between PANoptosis-related genes THCA based on analyses Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) databases, which have not been evaluated yet. We identified differentially expressed (PRDEGs) by multi-analyzing TCGA-THCA GEO datasets. To identify significant PRDEGs, prognostic model was constructed using least absolute shrinkage selection operator regression (LASSO). predictive values PRDEGs for outcomes were determined Cox analysis nomograms. enrichment performed. Finally, immunohistochemistry carried out human protein atlas. A LASSO nine constructed, value key explored via risk score. Univariate multivariate implemented to further three closely related distant metastasis, lymph node tumor stage. Then, nomogram presented high accuracy 5 years survival patients. strongly associated PCD pathways. CASP6 significantly differential expression during clinical T stage, N PFI events (P < 0.05 all) highest degree diagnostic efficacy (HR: 2.060, 95 % CI: 1.170-3.628, P 0.05). Immunohistochemistry showed more abundant tissue. potential role identified, providing new direction treatment. may be therapeutic target novel biomarker THCA.

N-nitrosodiethylamine (ND) is an extremely toxic unavoidable environmental contaminant. CopperII-albumin (CuAB) complex, a newly developed Cu showed antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential. Hereby, we explored the plausible neuroprotective role of CuAB complex toward ND-evoked neurotoxicity in mice. Twenty-four male mice were sorted into 4 groups (6 each). Control group, administered oral distilled water; received at dose 817 µg/kg orally, three times weekly. In ND was given intraperitoneally (50 mg/kg body weight, once weekly for 6 w). CuAB+ND combination ND. The brain quickly extracted upon completion experimental protocol evaluation oxidative/antioxidative markers, inflammatory cytokines, histopathological examination. Oxidative stress induced after exposure indicated by reduction GSH SOD1 level, with increased MDA level. addition, decreased expression proteins, Nrf2, 5-HT mRNA levels noticed. An apoptotic cascade has also been elicited, evidenced overexpression Cyt c, Cl. Casp 3. regulation proinflammatory genes (TNF-α, IL-6, iNOS, Casp1, NF-κB (p65/p50); besides, increment protein P-IKBα reduced IKBα. Pretreatment significantly ameliorated neuronal damage. Our results recommend supplementation because it exerts effects against ND-induced toxicity.
