Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) are polyesters synthesized as a carbon and energy reserve material by wide number of bacteria. These polymers characterized their thermoplastic properties similar to those plastics derived from the petrochemical industry, such polyethylene polypropylene. PHAs widely used in medical field have potential be other applications due biocompatibility biodegradability. Among PHAs, P(3HB-

Considering the high energy and material consumption, environmental impact of additive manufacturing through FDM has faced significant criticism. For a more sustainable production process, industries require efficient optimization process to lower while retaining efficiency. This study utilizes advanced multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodologies, specifically fuzzy analytic hierarchy (AHP) technique for order preference by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS), evaluate enhance performance FDM. Focusing on standard thermoplastic materials (e.g., PLA PETG) applications such as functional prototyping, we optimize key parameters layer height, print speed, infill density achieve reductions in usage (20%) waste (15%) compared baseline practices. These findings not only highlight pathway toward greener processes but also lay groundwork future research frameworks, applicable other methods materials.

Aerobic granular sludge (AGS) has been widely applied in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment due to its advantages such as high biomass and excellent settling performance. However, the influence of commonly found antibiotics on operational efficiency AGS poorly explored. This study investigated effects tetracycline (TE) treating at room temperature analyzed related mechanisms. The results demonstrate a dose-dependent relationship between TE's AGS. At concentrations below threshold 0.1 mg/L, are considered trivial. In contrast, TE with more than 2.0 mg/L reduces performance 6.0 group, COD, TN, TP removal efficiencies decreased 72.6-75.5, 54.6-58.9, 71.6-75.8%, respectively. High reduced concentration proportion organic matter AGS, leading decline Elevated stimulated extracellular polymeric substance secretion, increasing nitrogen phosphorus content. Intracellular polymer analysis revealed that polyhydroxyalkanoates but enhanced glycogen metabolism. Enzyme activity disclosed key enzymes associated nutrient removal.
