Abstract Environmental sustainability is the primary task of environmental entrepreneurship by critically handling increased institutional, customer, and pressures. Abstract The topic of green human resource management (HRM) has drawn increasing attention HRM scholars in the past decade. Building on theories of social exchange, identity, learning, and organizational support, this study examines the impact green inclusive leadership (GIL) employees' behaviors in hotel industry. These were innovative work behavior (GIWB), service recovery performance, knowledge sharing behavior. Among links proposed, perceived support (GOS) was employed as a mediating variable. Data collected from 436 direct supervisors employee dyads. Using structural equation modelling, results suggest that GIL predicted GIWB, Furthermore, GOS found to mediate proposed relationships.
