Chromium is common industrial pollutant that has linked disease. The present work was designed for investigation UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS metabolite profile L. mucronate ethanolic extract (LME), along with assessing mechanistic protective actions LME and its nano-silver formulation (LMNS) against K2Cr2O7-induced nephrotoxicity in rats. LMNE successfully biosynthesized confirmed using UV-Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy transmission electron microscopy (TEM). nephroprotective effects assessed rats exposed potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7, 15 mg/kg BW) cause nephrotoxicity. LMNS, separately, were administered twice daily 14 days at doses 200 400 BW, respectively. function, catalase, UGT, Nrf2, PGE2, Cox-2, ERK, MAPK levels renal tissue all assessed, histopathological examinations exploring their ameliorative effects. Forty-five bioactive metabolites annotated flavonoids, phenolic organic acids, coumarins, fatty acids. Metabolite profiling revealed chlorogenic acid, apigenin, luteolin glycosides main phenolics, acid-O-hexoside reported first time LME. findings serum function indicators (urea creatinine) markedly elevated K2Cr2O7-intoxicated Furthermore, inflammatory (COX-2 PGE2), MAPK, ERK tissue, whereas Nrf2 downregulated. Histological immunohistochemical assays toxic K2Cr2O7 kidneys. In contrast, administration LMNS prior considerably improved architecture while also restoring most biochemical markers. Functioning via inhibition MAPK/ERK pathway, activating modifying antioxidant metabolic enzymes, exerted toxicity.

On contrary, both showed WCAs only ∼110°. Nevertheless, all demonstrated remarkable temporal stability over 180 days, retaining hydrophobicity. They also exhibit excellent thermal up 100 °C chemical variations 2.6 11.5. Furthermore, they withstand 3000 droplets without losing All very low moisture absorption coefficients in order (5.5 × 10-4 wt %/day) < (6.75 (1.075 10-3 %/day), making them highly effective resistant applications such food packaging, protective wood finishes, etc.
