The global emphasis on promulgating sustainable business operations has made it imperative for B2B firms to transition toward sustainability, but these firms' efforts seem have been affected unduly by the COVID-19 pandemic. There is little understanding of sustainability transition-related challenges that may have, or are continuing face, in wake "new normal" environment created pandemic-related disruptions and responses thereof. We address this gap investigating role corporate entrepreneurship (CE) as a panacea such challenges, driven past indications CE's viability strategy promoting transitions sustainability. Using longitudinal qualitative research design, we collected data via Prolific Academic from 53 participants based multiple countries through open-ended essays over two months. Analyzing following Gioia method, find three main affecting transitions: (a) knowledge management, (b) stakeholder support, (c) resource constraints. Five CE strategic choice-related factors found vitally facilitate assist firm employees overcoming identified challenges. findings highlight important implications organizations, emphasizing need integrate entrepreneurial activities with initiatives prompting further optimization, dissemination, education enhance awareness.

Purpose This paper aims to assess how digital knowledge management affects technostress in workers and that influences the organization’s sustainability. The study applied an in-depth literature review of following concepts dimensions, (acquisition, sharing application), (techno overload, invasion, complexity, insecurity uncertainty) sustainability (economic, social environmental).
