In recent years, many researchers have focused on the preparation of carbon and basalt fiber-reinforced composites. As a result, composites gained popularity as an alternative to traditional materials such wood, steel, aluminum. Carbon fibers were used in bidirectional woven mat, with particulates varying from 0 15 wt% nanoparticle SiC. The hybrid laminates fabricated through vacuum bag infusion methods. novelty research work lies studying influence SiC-combined arranged six stacking sequences, LY556 polyester matrix. Specimens prepared tested per ASTM standards. Tensile, flexural, impact, hardness tests performed obtained specimens average values obtained. It was found that 15% SiC filler addition enhanced (20%) mechanical properties. Scanning electron microscope photos revealed bonding between fiber mat matrix thecrystal structure. tensile strength 346 MPa flexural 388 MPa. Dynamic analysis showed properties improved SiCnanoparticles. Hence, this method can be manufacture structural applications automotive parts.
