This research investigates the moderating impact of social media influence within Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) model for 636 young Vietnamese participants' desire to visit green hotels. The findings validate all assumptions in TPB model, suggesting that subject norms and perceived values positively affect views toward hotels intention. However, attitudes about were found have a detrimental on intent. Social was moderate these relationships. In particular, negatively moderates relationships between hotels, values, These provide valuable insights into interplay tourists' intention results suggest need marketers policymakers leverage promote positive enhance

Purpose Environmental concerns and the urgent issues of climate change have shifted organization’s focus toward achieving sustainability. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate complex relationships among green human resource management (GHRM), innovation (GI), capital (GHC) sustainable performance (SP). Design/methodology/approach To investigate relationships, employed partial least square structural equation modeling run an analysis on 384 managers working in hotel sector Egypt, selected through a simple random sampling technique. Findings The results demonstrate that GHRM positively influences both GI GHC. Additionally, GHC positive impact SP. Furthermore, directly contributes SP, with acting as significant mediators relationship between Practical implications This advances theoretical understanding offers practical insights by employing resource-based view theory ability-motivation-opportunity theory. Originality/value research introduces empirically tests novel conceptual framework comprehensively assesses impacts GHRM,

Green development is one of the core elements high-quality regional development. The Yangtze River Economic Belt stands as primary area for China's pursuit sustainable This study analyzes changes in water resource depletion values within urban agglomeration Belt, well overall scale structure. A total 44 indicators were selected from three dimensions, namely green environment, lifestyle, and economy, to establish an evaluation index system aimed at assessing level Through application entropy-TOPSIS method, geographical detectors, spatial autocorrelation analysis, temporal differentiation variances levels examined, influencing factors across 73 cities situated major city clusters 2000 2020. results show that: (1) value agglomerations exhibits a fluctuating downward trajectory, reaching its lowest point (2) City sizes these are relatively centralized, with high-ranking exhibiting limited prominence, showing weak leading advantages. (3) upward trend Cities higher mainly concentrated Delta capital upper middle reaches. (4) Key include carbon emissions per unit GDP, length drainage pipe capita, gross domestic product disposable income residents consumption GDP. variance explains over 60% level. Based on research results, this paper puts forward policy recommendations: first, grow industry. second promote municipal infrastructure planning. third encourage synergistic cooperation play role radiation leadership cities.
