In the era of information technology advancement, big data analysis has emerged as a crucial tool for government governance. Despite this, corruption remains challenge at grass-roots level, primarily attributed to asymmetry. To enhance efficacy prevention and control in government, this study introduces concept platform management integrates it with "5W" (Who, What, When, Where, Why) framework. The research is motivated by observation that existing studies on concentrate formulation laws regulations, neglecting potential improvement actual effectiveness through utilization platforms analytical frameworks. employs methodologies grounded Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) framework, Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle 5W Throughout iterative process implementing management, various timeframes are established, impact three models evaluated using indicators such public participation satisfaction. reveals SWOT framework can formulate targeted strategies, PDCA continuously optimizes work processes, profoundly explores root causes corruption. outcomes indicate 10.76% increase level score model, rising from 71.67%, 23.24% governance efficiency score, reaching 66.12%. model excels case handling prescription reporting rate. synergistic application demonstrates positive impact. conclusion, amalgamation multi-model approach effectively enhances capabilities governments, offering insights establishment transparent efficient

Using data from the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) and National Bureau of Statistics China, we construct servitization index analyze on household entrepreneurship. The results show that utilization significantly increases likelihood them engaging in entrepreneurial endeavors. This result remains robust after a series robustness tests. We also find can help identify opportunities access resources alleviating information financial constraints, increasing social capital. Further, effect is more among with rural residences, low material assets, elderly heads, heads cognitive abilities, means promote underdog conclusion, this paper provides micro-level evidence supporting idea foster entrepreneurship, particularly underprivileged groups. China has become the world's largest emitter of carbon dioxide, putting significant pressure on government to reduce emissions. This study analyzes driving factors emissions in 281 prefecture-level cities from 2003 2019, based emission data matched with locations thermal power stations and nighttime light data. Firstly, we compare accuracy multivariate linear regression random forest models, finding that yields superior results. Then, rank impact various using method, revealing population, economic development, industrialization are top three influencing factors. The interaction between population development explains 68.5% emissions, regional variations ranking main policy implications this as follows: firstly, there is no need overly concern about growth policies regarding fertility can be adjusted flexibly; secondly, controlling urbanization a certain extent conducive achieving efficient low-carbon cities; thirdly, during process industrialization, inevitably increase, it advisable accelerate reach turning point soon possible.
