Abstract
Background
The
general
sluggish
clearance
kinetics
of
functional
inorganic
nanoparticles
tend
to
raise
potential
biosafety
concerns
for
in
vivo
applications.
Renal
is
a
possible
elimination
pathway
delivered
through
intravenous
injection,
but
largely
depending
on
the
surface
physical
chemical
properties
given
particle
apart
from
its
size
and
shape.

In
this
study,
three
small-molecule
ligands
that
bear
diphosphonate
(DP)
group,
different
terminal
groups
other
side,
i.e.
,
anionic,
cationic,
zwitterionic
groups,
were
synthesized

renal
behaviors.

lymph
nodes
compared
with

triggering
dendritic
cells
repolarizing
pro-tumor
macrophages.

events
subsequently
gave
rise
potent
anti-tumor
immune
reactions
substantial
inhibition
tumors

colon
cancer-bearing
mouse
models.
