Normal spermatogenesis and sperm function are crucial for male fertility. The effects of healthy testicular aging premature on spermatogenesis, function, the microenvironment cannot be ignored. Compared with younger men, testis older men tends to have disturbed spermatogenic processes, abnormalities, dysfunction, impaired Sertoli Leydig cells, which ultimately results in infertility. Various exogenous endogenous factors also contribute pathological aging, such as adverse environmental stressors gene mutations. Mechanistically, Y-chromosomal microdeletions, increase telomere length oxidative stress, accumulation DNA damage decreased repair ability, alterations epigenetic modifications, miRNA lncRNA expression been associated fertility due aging. In recent years, key molecules signaling pathways that regulate identified, thereby providing new strategies diagnosis treatment. This review provides a comprehensive overview underlying mechanisms spermatogenesis. Furthermore, potential rescue measures reproductive discussed. Finally, inadequacy research future directions envisaged aid treatment

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders in gynecology. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) widely used for treatment PCOS China. The Bu Shen Hua Zhuo formula (BSHZF), a TCM decoction, has shown great therapeutic efficacy clinical practice. However, mechanism underlying BSHZF function remains unclear. This study aimed to identify potential mechanisms action PCOS. PCOS-model rats treated with letrozole were administered different doses BSHZF, metformin, and 1% carboxymethylcellulose. Serum sex hormones, fasting blood glucose, insulin levels measured, morphology ovaries was observed each group, including normal group. structure abundance gut microbiota measured using 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing. Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) phospho-NF-κB p65 ovarian tissue detected Western blotting. Furthermore, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 serum by ELISA. results showed that administration associated decrease body weight, insulin, testosterone changes rats. Moreover, an increase α-diversity microbiota, relative Firmicutes , Lactobacillus short chain fatty acid–producing bacteria ( Allobaculum Bacteroides Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014 ). may promote carbohydrate protein metabolism. In addition, level LPS TLR4 expression, thereby inhibiting activation NF-κB signaling–mediated response tissue. Therefore, beneficial effects on pathogenesis are its ability normalize inhibit PCOS-related inflammation.

The objective this research was to assess the goji supplementation on hormonal profile, productive, and reproductive performance does. Two months before artificial insemination, 105 nulliparous does were randomly divided into three groups (n = 35) based dietary treatment: commercial diet (C), or supplemented with either 1% (G1), 3% (G3) berry, respectively. results showed that receptivity higher G1 than C group (p < 0.05). Trends toward significance for differences between G3 marginal means LH concentrations 0.059), AUC values 0.078), evidenced.
