In
recent
years,
the
incidence
of
neurodegenerative
diseases,
such
as
Alzheimer’s
disease,
Parkinson’s
Huntington’s
and
amyotrophic
lateral
sclerosis,
has
shown
a
steadily
rising
trend,
which
posed
major
challenge
to
global
public
health.
Traditional
Chinese
Medicine
(TCM),
with
its
multi-component
multi-target
characteristics,
offers
promising
approach
for
treatment
diseases.
However,
it
is
difficult
comprehensively
elucidate
complex
mechanisms
underlying
TCM
formulations.
As
an
emerging
systems
biology
approach,
network
pharmacology
provided
crucial
tool
uncovering
through
high-throughput
technologies,
molecular
docking,
analysis.
This
paper
reviews
advancements
in
application
treating
diseases
TCM,
analyzes
current
status
relevant
databases
technological
methods,
discusses
limitations
research,
proposes
future
directions
promote
modernization
development
precision
medicine.

ABSTRACT
Gualou‐Xiebai
(GX),
a
traditional
Chinese
herbal
pair,
is
often
used
in
the
treatment
of
cardiovascular
diseases.
However,
investigation
into
components
GX

mass
spectrometry

feature‐based
molecular

for

constituents.
